Forklift training in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and beyond
On-site forklift training in Reading, Slough, Langley, Maidenhead, Windsor, Bracknell, Wokingham, High Wycombe, Marlow, Amersham, Chesham, Beaconsfield, Luton, Dunstable, Crawley and Gatwick. On-site, on your own trucks, with no travel charge.
The Thames Valley is the western edge of our London service area and one of the busiest forklift regions in the country. Slough Trading Estate is the largest privately owned industrial estate in Europe; Reading's Green Park, Theale and Calcot distribution parks sit at the M4 and A33; Bracknell was built for technology and engineering; and High Wycombe's furniture trade still handles long loads on four-way trucks and side loaders. We also cover Luton and Dunstable to the north, with the Vauxhall plant, Luton Airport cargo and the M1 distribution centres, and Crawley and Gatwick to the south, with Manor Royal and the airport cargo estates. All of it is quoted at the same rate as central London, with no travel charge.
Local customers typically work in distribution and 3PL, food and confectionery manufacturing, technology and electronics, pharmaceuticals, furniture and joinery, air freight and automotive. Whatever the sector, the format is the same: an accredited Forklift Agency instructor comes to your premises anywhere in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Sussex, trains your operators on your own trucks, tests them, and we post HSE-recognised certificates. Courses run around your shift pattern, early mornings, nights or weekends, at the same price.

Common questions
Where does the training happen?
At your premises, on your trucks, in the environment your operators actually work in. We do not run a training centre in London or anywhere else. The instructor brings everything else: the safety videos on a laptop or tablet, theory material, cones, test papers and the certificates.
Is there a travel charge for London or the Home Counties?
No. Training anywhere inside the M25 and across the surrounding counties, from Reading to Southend and from Stevenage to Crawley, is quoted at the same rate, with no charge for travel or accommodation. Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire are covered by our Derby, Nottingham and Leicester sites, and the rest of the UK by Forklift Agency.
Do you charge more for nights or weekends?
No. Our instructors fit into your shift pattern, including early mornings, nights and weekends, at no extra cost, subject to availability. In London that often means starting before the roads fill up or training after the last delivery.
Does the instructor need parking?
One space for a car or small van, close enough to unload cones and equipment. If parking is impossible at your site, tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
